What is your return/exchange policy?

We currently don’t accept returns or exchanges once products are purchased and shipped. We can, however, process order changes or cancellations before your order has been shipped and/or received. At Meair Minks, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with top- quality products. Once I place my order, how long will it take to be shipped? 

All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

My order status says "delivered", but I can’t find my package. What should I do? 

Once you have received your shipping confirmation, the shipping carrier will have the most current information regarding your package. Meair Minks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive.


How do I place an order for pickup?

Once you’ve added all your products to your cart follow these steps at checkout:

  1. Select " Pickup” located underneath your subtotal.
  2. Select your desired pick-up location.
  3. You will receive an email stating when your order is ready. It is usually ready an hour after you order.
  4. Continue to “Checkout”.


Do you offer local delivery? 

Yes! To schedule your delivery, simply text: 404-840-2107. We highly encourage you to schedule your delivery at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery. There will be an $20 delivery fee aded to your total.


What should I do if my order is wrong/missing items?

Firstly, we are very committed to you, our customers, and the exceptional service we provide to support your business. We do apologize for any inconveniences an incorrect order may cause. We do provide a copy of the items you ordered on the packing slip within your package. Please check your packing slip to determine if your order is, in fact, incorrect. If you believe that you order is wrong or missing items, please text us at: 404-840-2107, or email us at: meairminks@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in your message and we will reach out to you with 24hrs to resolve your issue. 


Is your adhesive latex free? 

Yes! All of our adhesives are latex and formaldehyde free.


What is the optimal temperature and relative humidity for Fast Lash Adhesive?

An open bottle of any of our Adhesive can last 4-8 weeks with proper care. Un-opened, you can keep a bottle of the adhesive inside its zipped bag and store it in the refrigerator for 3-6 months.

We recommend replacing opened bottles the of  Adhesive every 4 weeks to ensure product quality and consistency. We also recommend ordering adhesive on a monthly basis to ensure the best product quality and to help avoid issues with shelf-life. This helps keep the product fresh and functioning exactly how you love! 


How can I request an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for my products? 

MSDS sheets for our adhesives, sealant/bonder, and remover are available upon request. If you’d like to request an MSDS please email us at: meairminks@yahoo.com.


What are MEAIR MINKS lashes made of? 

Our lashes are made with faux mink and unique synthetic fibers for a lightweight, super-soft texture, are high quality and never lose their curl. Matte lashes are available in black and a variety of vibrant colors. 


What lash curls do you offer? 

We offer C, CC, LC ,L, J, B  , D and DD curls.
